Anchor Property Management

Filled out application, been waiting to hear back from them. Reached out to Alexis but got no reply back. Had someone to check to see if they could find out anything about the apartment in which Alexis and I had talked about. The person found out that they rented it out to someone else. They did not bothered in letting me know anything. Another person said it happened to them as well. This is not away to conduct a business.

I really enjoyed this property management business. They always treated me well, but I also paid my rent on time.

Highly recommend if you need a place to rent, or buy a house or have a property (properties) managed. I have rented a house for a couple of years and they have been great. The service is great from the Office Manager, Alexis and Doug and John.

Started off a decent home, once we started having issues with the water & heat for our children,we could not get anyone out for over a week .John the owner hangs up on you when you call to ask for a update,all around has came to be a nightmare.if you rent from this group just be ready for the old junk homes that are rigged up

Very friendly, respectful and they actually care about people, and they are very fair, with Anchor it's not all about the money it's about the people
