I have been a resident here for a few months now, and I truly enjoy living in this community. Beyond the excellent facilities and pleasant environment, I would especially like to recognize the leasing office team. They consistently respond to my messages and requests promptly, and they are always warm and welcoming. In particular, I would like to thank Stephanie. I recently had a package containing my passport that was misdelivered, and I reached out to the office for assistance. She responded very quickly and took the initiative to help locate the package in another area of the building. I sincerely appreciate her help and the level of support I felt as a resident. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to others.

First, Ask for Imani. She is amazing! Antwone is great also. Both are pleasant and great at what they do. They made the entire process as easy as I’ve ever experienced. I love the entire feel of the community. If you’re looking for a modern nice up to date living, this is the place. Trust me thank me later

Let me start by stating that I’ve been moving into newly built apartments for several years now & this by far been the worst experience. For starters the apartment was filthy, not clean whatsoever (even though they stated that it would be cleaned a week prior to move in). The balcony was filled with ants, bugs, dust and debris upon move in. I had to power wash & bleach it myself. Secondly, I started to see ants the first day I started moving things in. I brought it to the leasing staff’s attention and they sent pest control out only for me to find several crawling on the kitchen island and other areas a day later. They also suggested that pest control will continue to spray the apartment every Wednesday which will then only harm me, my child & pregnant girlfriend from inhaling the fumes wh

I had an amazing experience working with Imani! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire apartment process. She answered all of my questions and made the move-in experience seamless. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.

This apartment is a wonderful property, Nicole is remarkable along with Imani and Stephanie in terms of receptiveness and dedication ! Their enthusiasm is remarkable. Every apartment has its hiccups and I’m shocked for a new apartment how proactive the staff is and how I’ve received no hiccups whatsoever . I believe the mail process, the way the insulation in the individual units are (it retains heat and or cold so you don’t have to splurge on your electricity bill ) is something I’ve never seen before! Also it’s great how noise proof it is when not hearing next door neighbors - only if u walk in the hallways or stand near the door you may hear folks but from your room and living you you hear nothing . One thing is while the amenities are a huge reason I desired living here the beautiful
