Amesbury

Maintenance the guy is lazy. (Alex) Neighborhood not too bad. Rent is getting pretty high for what they offer. No emergency maintenance all the time. Had cracks under my sink and a mole came in. They just put a grocery bag to fill it and came back a week and half later to fill the cracks cabinets. Then they finally came to replace it only to leave a big whole in my kitchen for days. Not the type of apartments you can stay in for long.

Amesbury apartments are very nice. The community is wonderful, but most of all the Management here, really takes care of the property, and keeps the tenants safe. It's very peaceful here. F. McDonald ❤️ we have lived here for 15 years without issues👍🏿

I've toured Amesbury a few times this year and have had an enjoyable visit each time. Michelle and Stacy are the best!! I have decided to call Amesbury home. I'll update in a month with my experience so far!

my review got taken down :( lol worst complex i’ve ever lived in that property manager is so rude & suuuuuuch a bully because her life is terrible? idk. she falsely call the police to my home all to look dumber than she already does at 6’2 350 w the tiniest sister locs i’ve ever seen. very very VERY rude & unprofessional & if you keep taking my very honest review down i will absolutely keep coming back to repost it.

I've been here almost 6 years It started out a Lil rough but as time went on we grew on each other. Thanks Meme
