Our experience with Americas Home Place was great. From the beginning the whole staff was helpful with rearranging the plans to fit my daughter’s needs and budget. Sean our project manager took us through every step, answering our many questions as issues came up and were taken care of. We watched the construction progress daily as it was literally in our back yard. Our family would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a new home.

We’re just a few weeks away from completing our build with Americas Home Place, and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Our project manager, Mike Gola, has been an absolute pleasure to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything goes smoothly. We’re ahead of schedule and under budget, which we thought was impossible when building a custom home. Americas Home Place has truly exceeded our expectations. If we ever build another home, I’ll be making sure Mike is our project manager again.

Came in to the Leland location to get a quote and see some models and was greeted immediately by Emma. She was super helpful and friendly. Mike came in to greet me and walk me through some of the blueprints. I would recommend this location every time!

Hello, homebuilder here. Moved in to our new home in Jan '24. There has been a few issues along the way, but America Home Place has came through and made them right. We are satisfied with the overall quality. Would recommend.
