Management has been consistently rude and unprofessional. They often say one thing and do another, which creates confusion and frustration. It also feels like they lack a clear understanding of their own responsibilities, yet still choose to micromanage every detail of my work and personal space.

Do not rent from this company!!! We have only been renting from them for 1 year and have already had so many problems but the part that upsets me the most is that when it was time for us to renew our lease they jacked up our rent $50 when the house we're in wasn't worth what we were already paying but they didn't even tell me or my husband about the rent increase, we just happened to see the amount they had listed when we went to pay our rent was more than it has been so when my husband asks about it through a text message, they texted him back saying that's what our rent is now and "if your wife doesn't sign the lease by tomorrow (because I hadn't signed it yet) then we're going to raise your rent $250 more dollars!"😲 Who does that!!?? Who makes changes to a lease agreement by jacking up

The employees do a really good job of communicating effectively. I have been using them for about 3 years, and there were some "growing pains" as they transitioned systems. However, we talked it out, and I made some contingency plans I felt were required, and the team has been supportive of working within those. If you plan on using them, please don't be a jerk to your tenants, it will make you and the property manager's time very hard. I tried to proactively work with the tenants, and was able to pretty much always find a mutually beneficial solution to any problems that arose.

Warning Do not rent through this company. I’ve been living at my residence for some time now I keep a very clean home and never have been late on rent we had some neighbors move in next door and they are very nasty you can smell their home from outside. Well now we are starting to get roaches and it’s caused a safety concern in my residence the property manager refuses to do anything about it never have had roaches a day in my life. American leasing is a terrible company to rent though been complaining about the fire place leaking e when it rains for over a year and it took the ceiling to fill up with water before they even want to do anything now I have holes all in my ceiling and it smells moldy and roaches coming from the next door neighbor this is just terrible. Never had to deal with

Terrible experience. Houses are old and not up to code.
