I had a great experience during my apartment tour thanks to the leasing agent (Rykeem Wharton) who showed me around. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the property. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood all the features and amenities the community offers. I have been a resident here since December. ChatGPT actually chose this place for me and I’m very happy with his/her selection! I like my apartment for sure and the grounds and my fellow residents. The maintenance rstaff (Eva & Claude) are so very quick to respond to any issue and are friendly and fun in the process. The new manager Mia kept after the folks responsible for clearing our sidewalks during the recent storm until they finally got them cleared. She’s been very friendly and seems to be willing to do what’s needed to make living here a very good experience.
