Amber Creek Apartments

I liked the apartment. They have an Excellent Manager Frances! She is very helpful and prompt. Always very comfortable to talk and as apartment holder if you can’t share problems thats a big problem for resident. From that angel the manager is well behaved and very welcoming. She also very caring. Thank you Amber creek! I really liked and appreciate.

I’ve really enjoyed living in my apartment so far. The management team is responsive and always makes an effort to address any issues promptly. What truly sets this place apart is the manager—Frances—she’s incredibly kind and always greets me with a smile. She goes out of her way to accommodate any concerns I bring up and genuinely seems to care about her tenants. Her dedication is one of the main reasons I continue to renew my lease.

I been living here for 5 years and it’s been the best placed I have lived with my family, love how the office manager Frances is very friendly and does activities on holidays and goodie bags for the kids. My children get excited when I tell them that we are going to the office, and that tells a lot on how friendly Frances is. When I see my children get comfortable and excited to go to the office, it tells me that she is doing and amazing job as office manager. She also helps us when we need help with rent dates in a professionally nonjudgmental way❤️❤️ Maintenance are very friendly and have helped me when I have and small or big issues. They are very attentive to our requests. Neighbors are also friendly. I’ve met many new people in these apartments over the years that have also helped me

We have been here officially 1 week. Francis has been direct and kind, and most of all pleasant. Finally, we are residing in a community that feels like home. When you put in a maintenance request, it is handled in a timely manner. The staff over all really want their tenants comfortable.

I really love Amber Creek Apartments. The staff here is amazing. They’re very quick to get your maintenance problems. Taken care of. They’re very helpful when you need help with anything I strongly recommend making your new residence Amber Creek Apartments.
