Ambassador Towers

The apartment is very big and has a lot of storage space for all you items. I do recommend living in this building fast elevator, laundry room, and a package room. Rosaly has been a big help in making sure I’m satisfied and comfortable in my space of living and has helped me moved from a studio to a one bed room apartment she doe's her job to the fullest! 10/10

The building is very quiet, and even though it’s only my first week, I already feel very comfortable here. Apartments are okay but there is limited parking for guest, no cell service in my apartment which made living here difficult and service men will walk in and out of your apartment like it is theirs if they need to regardless of whether you asked for something to be fixed or not so this made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I am over one month out and still waiting on my security deposit back!

Lived here and the maintenance MEN and management did walk in and out your apartment without notice!! So I put an additional lock on door and they wanted to take me to court for it so had to remove it. Imagine your in bed with you significant other and you hear someone in your apartment. When lease was up I was out!! Always had a problem with heat or the elevator also!!! No parking for guests either!!

If I can put no stars I would. I have been living here for about 3 months and the water issue in this building is ridiculous. It’s constant water problems every week. They repeatedly send you messages to your phone saying “sorry for the inconvenience “ & every time they call themselves fixing the issue, it’s back to square one again with the problems. Stop trying to patch up and fix the major problem. No one who pays there rent especially on time should have to endure this issues, it’s not fair. I am getting soo fed up with the problems. Also when you call the main building and speak to the management about your problems, the females who are in the office, never answer the phone & they always have an attitude.
