Alvista Round Rock Apartments

I have never lived here before , but my tour here was lovely. The assistant manager was very nice , the office ladies are always very nice and ready to help. I will say this, the property is very clean and kept up with. You can still tell it’s a little older. However ! The inside of these apartments is very nice … it gives you that old school Tuscan feel to it. The islands are huge … there is so much space in these floor plans and for the rent you’re paying it’s awesome. Very affordable.

As no place is perfect, it's 4 stars for me. Alvista is a pretty nice place to live. Traci and Danielle are very nice and helpful. Any issues/requests are handled promptly and courteously. Aaron, with maintenence gets things done with a smiling face and friendly disposition. I feel comfortable and right at home here.

I was looking to move in into this apartment. When I went for a tour, they said they can't let me tour. Even though the apartment was in market since couple of weeks and was 'Available Now', the person at the front desk told me that I have to first apply and pay the admin fees , after which the maintenance team will make-ready and only then I could view. She also said if I didn't like an apartment and didn't choose another one, I would loose my money. Also during my visit cops were called for a break in incident. I have never come across an apartment that doesn't show any of their actual units but take fees first.

I have lived in this community for years and I have always been grateful and thankful to the office staff , specially the property manager. They do work hard to keep everyone pleased, even though that’s not easy. There’s always someone who is unhappy, but that doesn’t mean this is not the best place to live in. IT IS a great place and I’m personally very happy to live here. ✨✨

My apartment itself is good and well functioning. Management/maintenance has left some to be desired. Back in May, our next door neighbor was gone from the apartment and left trash and belongings out in the breezeway. There was an eviction notice on his door. It was weeks before the trash was removed and months before the rest of the belongings were taken. The breezeway floors are also very gross because of trash leaking out of the bags. I submitted a maintenance request during that time which was marked as completed (but nothing was done). I then emailed through the portal and once again got no response. The apartment and breezeway was finally cleared out a few weeks ago, in August, when new tenants moved in. The breezeway and stairs are in serious need of a power wash and other neighbors
