Great Neighborhood with a great location. Included indoor washer and dryer. Condos are individually owned but the ones I saw all had granite, tile, LVP, and updated finishes. The exterior is in great repair and attractive. The amenities include pool, spa, clubhouse, and some activities. HOA fee include exterior maintenance and insurance, sewer, water and trash, and amenities. I think this may be the best Folsom condo complex!
Not worth the money. The apartment I saw was small , run down , ugly, and smelled bad. No way I'm spending 2250$ on that. There are much nicer updated apartments in folsom.
Really nice complex. Safe and well maintained.
Quiet, nice amenities, dog friendly.
