Altitude at Lone Tree

Full rundown is simple. 1. Very competitive and amazing rates. 2. Units are nice and spacious. 3. Nothing is perfect. Everywhere has its pros and cons. I will say though the staff is great and helped me resolve every one of my move in issues. 4. The front desk employee Lauren and the manager Gabriella were soo helpful with my apartment closing and issues. Truly kind. 5. If you’re hunting for an apartment this is a stelar place. 6. Trust me I’m a picky person I looked at 10+ places. For the price and square footage and quality of staff and amenities this place is the best you’ll find… and I know I used and a lot. Don’t judge me.

Unfortunately the living experience here has been overwhelming negative. The complex is in a state of disrepair with only cheap “bandaid” fixes being applied to the most pressing of issues, resulting in those issues to often come back. Management is friendly in person but most of the time things fall through the cracks, nothing is ever followed up on, and there is a sense of overall disorganization. Maintenance staff is also very friendly, but requests have very long lead times with residents being required to reach out to figure out what the status of their request is. The space is a good value for what you pay, but there will be quite a bit of stress along the way. Most positive reviews are from tours at the complex so make sure you’re ready residents reviews to get a proper picture.

Apartments are wonderful! My husband and I have been here for almost 4 years. New management took over about a year ago and they have really been trying to upgrade the whole place with new paint, new carpet, more gym equipment, and fun seasonal contests throughout the year!

Altitude at Lone Tree (formerly Cortland at Lone Tree) has been an awful experience for us. My roommate and I moved in and initially had a good experience with everyone. However my FOB quickly stopped functioning and when I asked to have it fixed the leasing office "reset" the FOB 3 times. I was never able to access our pool or gym, and the doors were always broken, allowing anyone access from the outside. We had an issue where our water heater broke, and had to wait 5 days for any movement on our maintenance ticket. We specified to call the person who was at home, and I got called instead, while I was at work. When we finally had a maintenance tech come in to take a look, he told us "Your original ticket stated that only one room was out of hot water, that's a big difference than the who

I cannot express how amazing my tour of this community was. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organized, welcoming, and genuinely well cared for. Lauren, who guided me through the tour, was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the community and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out — she made the entire experience comfortable, informative, and even enjoyable.
