Alpha Management Corporation

Alpha Management has been pretty responsive and they were willing to work with me to reduce my annual rent increase. They also do a pretty good job whenever I send a service request when there is something wrong with the apartment.

Alpha Management and Mr. Anwar Faisal to me at least have been excellent in helping create Property in the Brookline Area. I know his brother Munir personally he's my friend so he is truly a wonderful individual and has a big heart for what he does and for the people he does it for.

They have been super responsive and helpful with any requests/problems--management has been great so far!

Always had trouble with mice and roaches. Laundry room a disaster. Increased rent by 500 dollars from the year previous even after staying for almost 3 years. This resulted in my roommates and I leaving and finding a better management company. They definitely took advantage of us college students since this was our first apartment.

Do not live here. extremely lagging and rude staff. They called me to ask my room was too messy and filthy because of an agent's complain if you don't tell them you will update lease in January (or Feb) for next June, they will have agents entering and showing your room EVERY DAY and pissing you off with their messages and complaints live elsewhere
