I have been a tenant of Alpha Management for multiple years. The office staff and maintenance is professional, responsive and genuinely cares about their tenants. Any time I need something to be taken care of they immediately respond and fix it in a timely manner. Move in was seamless and the property is well maintained. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free rental experience.

I lived at 349 Pleasant St, Malden, from 2018 to 2025. Some of the pros: - maintenance requests were generally managed within 24-48 hours. They were always polite and helpful. They also replaced my screens and window shades at no extra cost which I’m grateful for - affordable and great location. Close to the orange line, close to Malden center, pretty and generally safe neighborhood - old building, but with nice features like subway tile, arched doorways, hardwood floors, and newer (brand new when I moved in) appliances Cons: - roach infestation developed around 2020, and was an on and off battle. I ended up buying roach killing gel and applying it profusely to get rid of them. - basement (where coin operated laundry was located) was also infested with trespassing teenagers and vagrants,
