We have lived here a couple years now .never seen any drug raids or anything like that .deniseand Diana are awesome and very helpful everytime I call maintaince they come out and fix whatever needs fixing but I do mind my own business here I don't bother any neighbors

place is a nice living environment. Staff is friendly and really cares. When I first moved in Ronnie and Liz helped make our transition smoother. Dellina is now working on office and she is as nice and down to earth as you can get. Friendly and professional. They always lend an ear and care about the residents. They do not just care about rent, maintenance issues, and property business. They offer advice and do what they can to help anyone they can. Maintenance Is prompt and curtious. Any time I have had an issue or maintenance need, the issue is addressed and resolved quickly. Maintenance fixes things promptly. I have read some negative reviews but honestly they do not represent this apartment complex correctly. Usually people complain when they do not even go and try to get the issue wor

Find somewhere else if you can. This place is low income housing so don’t expect anything special. Apartments are livable but there are roaches and other bugs. Not to mention flooding from the toilet every few months and the hot water always getting shut off. Way too many drug addicts and other suspicious activity going on around the complex. Pick anywhere else to live but here. I only stayed for two years, so glad I’m outta there.

This place is sooo hood cops here every other week, police raids, druggies, not to mention the apartments themselves are a joke like super super ghetto is the only way to describe it. Everything is outdated and just painted over, linoleum and nasty carpet, painted cupords tiny rooms, gross bathrooms and ive been to alot of the units i made friends with. Maintenance is a bigger JOKE. Theres no pool! Its ARIZONA! Where its hott like 8 months of the year. Plus there "park" for kids is literally 2 little steel bar constructions that are over gravel. Just stay away
