We’ve had an excellent experience with All-Pro Realty & Property Management and have been using them for several years now. They provide true full-service, hands-off property management, handling tenant issues quickly, coordinating repairs, managing lawn care, and completing yearly inspections and tune-ups to keep the property in great shape for us. They also do a good job with leasing and marketing, from advertising the property to screening applicants and placing quality tenants. I feel like the short hours out at 3 makes it difficult for people to get to view the apartment. I work 9-5p and thankfully I’m very close to my new place. If I didn’t have a hour lunch it still would be difficult. Also getting keys I feel like a on location lock box or on the door handle would make people feel more welcomed. The ladies that helped me were wonderful and got to my lease very quickly but having an option to see the lease right away would have made me more comfortable before putting a $950 deposit.

Got to see the place and got the keys to it all in the same day! Karen was very kind and does her job very well! I recommend All Pro for anyone looking for a clean, decent, comfortable and affordable home! They are also very quick to answer any questions you might have!

My year lease with all pro didn’t start off or end great. Started off bad with renting a lower unit that had upstairs neighbor with the loudest people banging all day and night. Guessing a special needs child. Place wasn’t livable for first two months of living there. Had to stay with my grandpa until they replaced tenant. Was told there was a laundry machine in the basement that was locked when she showed me the place/she didn’t have a key. Later found out was just the hookup and I was mistaken. Charged me for lawn care if my yard wasn’t up to there standard. Late fee on my first month when I wasn’t living there because automatic pay didn’t work for some reason. Place condition wasn’t the worst but they definitely know how to slap a place with paint. Constantly had people coming to place
