All around management was excellent! Russ was especially helpful, informative, and responsive to all my concerns
I had to update my review. It’s been a yr now that I lived here and I’m happy with property maintenance. Although there is pests it is well controlled. The property is nice, fair pricing for rent and speedy approval process. I love the location. Just be aware u need a parking permit. I recently renewed my lease.
Valerie is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond! Reservoir Courts Apartments are clean, well maintained, and great to live at.
It is infuriating doing business with these people. I have tried contacting them multiple times for MONTHS about different things (issues getting my mail box open, quarters being eaten by machine, etc.) and there are no responses ever!! Do yourself a favor and go do business with people who actually care what u have to say
