All Bay Property Management

I rented a house in Castro Valley for a couple of years and then a condo in Castro Valley for another few years with All Bay Property Management. I could not recommend them more. They always went above and beyond for me and my family. Our needs were always tended to immediately whenever anything needed attention with the rentals. They are a family business and they treat you like family. I have only known them to be honest, fair and generous.

Very disappointed with this company. I wish I could say otherwise. When my husband and our three daughters met them in person they were very pleasant people who continuously asked us to please put in an application for a rental they were showing. I explained to them that my credit is not good, due to my previous divorce, and told them I would be willing to leave a higher deposit or have a cosigner. They said they don't accept cosigners but would still really want us to apply. I gave them $60 for the application fee and never heard back from them. I emailed twice to check and see where they were at with everything and no word back. I called days after applying and spoke with Joe, who was very short with me and interrupted me continuously.
