I really love how we just had almost a foot of snow and the door threshold that we asked to be fixed/replaced in August because water was coming in is now leaking water and the freezing on the inside of our door! This place can't fix anything. Our ceiling was leaking because of our bathtub upstairs, they came in cut a hole and left. It takes calling them multiple times and getting a little angry for them to replace something that didn't need replaced in the incorrect way. We asked for them to fix the bathtub leak, they replace a whole manifold then put the faucet on an even longer pipe sticking out about an inch and a half from the open hole to the wall and no silicone no form of sealent or anything. BUT THE WATER STILL GOES IN THE OPEN HOLE. So, we don't get to use one of our bathtubs/sho

DO NOT MOVE HERE. management is absolutely horrible, Lori just lies to your face and manipulates the situation until she gets rid of you. Jordan and Mandy were the only helpful people until they probably got overwhelmed with all the stuff they have to catch up on because this apt complex doesn’t give your deposits back and won’t fix any issues in your apt. We had a water leak and it went on for the last 6 months of our lease so we were paying a water bill of $100 and they have yet to reimburse us along with our security deposit. We moved out more than 4 months ago. Don’t waste your time or money.

Wouldn’t even give this place a one. Before the most recent management switch there was zero issues but afterwards everything has gone downhill. I’ve had a major few maintenance problems that i’ve had to sit with broken for weeks, only then did they come fix everything AFTER i had to make a complaint and basically get rude (which i really hate having to do as i try to be understanding and not complain about things.) They never answer the phone, and i always have to leave voicemails which are also never responded to. I’ve recently had pest control try to enter my home with no warning from absolutely anybody any time before this and I have two big dogs who need to be boarded before pest control does anything. I was NOT PLEASED! On move in day my apartment was terrible. It was not the same one I was shown. There was paint splatter everywhere - on my floors, cabinets and all my appliances. Dead bugs in the cabinet, dirty vents, screen not intact, knobs falling off. Very very upsetting and there was little to no accommodation besides them coming to RE clean while my things are moved in- the movers were scheduled to arrived at the same time this was happening. And a $50 credit. :/ 1 week later I have found my place to be infested with roaches.all I could do was cry!!! I have a 5 month old child who has to live here! Please do not rent from them! Terrible experience and we didn't even move in. Put our application fee and deposit down at the end of August. $600. Cool. We got approved and they said we would move in mid-September. Cool. I double checked with Mandy (the office person we were working with) to make sure it was a 2 bed, 2 bath with a storage unit. She said no, but she could move our application to one of those units. But, it wouldn't be available until November and they would have to see how much damage is done to the unit. So, I said November is too late and we should withdraw. No, once you're approved you don't get that $600 back. Well money doesn't grow on trees folks and I'm not about to let some backwards landlords keep my money.
