So my wife and I applied at one of their places and got approved. We picked a house that was suitable for us, 3 beds, 2 bath for $1700. Paid the deposit for the place and signed the rental agreement about 2 hours later we received a call saying, they have to refund our MONEY ORDERS that had already been signed off with their business name on it because they made a mistake and the property we selected was actually $1850, so they can either issue a refund or we have to select another house. Of course this made my wife and I very frustrated so we requested our money back. They told me to take the money orders back to where they were purchased from to get it cashed. Since they were typed out to ABH realty, the original place of purchase was unable to cash them and said we would need to request

The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, and so far I’m enjoying the new home. I would definitely AHB to anybody in need of new living arrangements!!!
