If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would. My wife and I rented a property managed by this company in February 2021, and our experience was nothing short of disastrous. When we toured the property before moving in, the previous tenants were still living there. They showed us the damaged carpet (from their dog) and scratched living room floors, assuring us the landlord had promised to repair these issues prior to our move-in. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled. We moved in urgently due to my job relocation to Charleston, but the problems started immediately. When you have a maintenance emergency and you have no AC in the middle of summer, pray your emergency doesn’t start on a Thursday or Friday because they will make you wait until Monday for the issue to be resolved.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just spoke to someone about a property for rent and they were extremely arrogant and rude. If you can’t even answer questions about a rental property cordially, you certainly couldn’t be trusted to mange the property when issues may come up for the tenant or client for that matter.

The realtor Rod Weader contracted to sell my house, even though he took some terrible photographs, brought a broken sign and messed with me for 3 months. Now that the contract is over, he won't release my house so I can find another realtor. Can anyone tell me what is best to do in this case?

Waste of money when it comes to property management. Difficult to contact, they don’t return phone calls in a timely manner. The people in charge change hands repeatedly, making it difficult to get straight answers. Their contracted maintenance people take forever to complete repairs and then they don’t contact owners to notify them of the repairs that have been completed. The assistant “current” property manager Jenna is rude and doesn’t have the owners best interests, but coaches tenants on grey areas of the landlord/tenants rights. Never mind your 10% management fee on the rent that is paid out of your rental income. For what is provided, you could probably do a better job on your own. If I could give less than one star I would.
