I’ve rented from affordable rentals for over a year now and honestly we love it! When we moved in there was some bugs but we immediately called the landlord and told her we weren’t moving in until it was handled and she immediately sent someone out! Other than that we have had no problems! When our tub has leaked they sent someone out right away to fix it. When we moved in the back porch was torn up and the wood was broken so I informed her and she had someone come replace it all and make it look brand new! When our breaker flipped we called the emergency number and someone came right away and flipped it back on. After holding my application for 3 weeks, I asked for my information back. I called weekly to follow up. After 1 week, they stated they had a family emergency that put them behind. The following week, I was told the person who handles the property I had applied for was on vacation. The next week, I was told she was out of the office, but still never got a return call. How they are in business, I’m unsure. They didn’t do a real background check and said I had an eviction from almost 13 years ago, which is incorrect. I was never given the chance to view the property that I had applied and waited for. I wasn’t willing to wait any longer as I now have 8 days to be moved.
