Affinitee at Stone Mountain

My favorite this about this place besides the spacious apartments and a outside porch, is the community events that happen on Saturday. An amazing woman teaches a yoga class from 11am-12pm and then another Amazing woman cooks brunch and coffee for everyone. The owner of the complex shows up for yoga too, a very friendly person! They just planted some seeds in the garden recently, and the pool is going to open soon. If you want a good apartment that's within 10 minutes of everything you need, this is the place!! ♡♡♡♡♡

The community space and the vibe were immaculate. It's like a private oasis with a tranquil vibe, a beautiful indoor and outdoor space. They really curated this space to feel like whatever you had coming in to shed all your worries.

This place is stunning! I’m so happy that there’s a space that supports the community, and that such a beautiful space is here. This made a great venue, I’ll definitely book it again.

I wish I could give this apartment zero stars. I lived here from July 2024 to July 2025 and had virtually no issues during my tenancy. After moving out, I was blindsided by a collections account appearing on my credit report for a supposed move-out balance that I was explicitly told would be covered by my Jetty bond. I was never contacted after moving out, never provided a move-out statement, and never notified that I owed any balance. Instead, the account was sent straight to collections. When I called to request my move-out totals and documentation, staff acted completely clueless and stated that only a manager could access this information. Update: 01/06/2026- The Affinitee has put a false debt against my credit because of this review. That will be dealt with and this review will be updated with pictures and videos of my claims. I lived here for almost 4 years. Management was 50/50. Despite some staff being friendly and professional, there was also staff that was the opposite. There is also a problem with crime in this neighborhood. There is this one drug dealing family from Louisiana that would shoot and cause trouble every other night. Instead of kicking them out, management just moves them around from one apartment to another. Police in this area refuse to do their job or do anything about the crime. They also consistently have trouble with this same family and others intentionally breaking the entrance gate and tearing
