The professionalism of this company is virtually nonexistent. While I did not purchase a home from this builder, I am living in a neighborhood where they are actively building. Since February, their crews have been throwing construction and food trash on the ground that then litters my yard DAILY. I have even had multiple Tupperware containers and pieces of silverware (I don't even know how they could have possibly drifted into my yard). Nails have been in my driveway more times than I can count. There have been workers ENTER MY YARD without permission. I have attempted multiple times to contact a manager of some kind just to be blown off because they obviously do not care or respect the property of others. The employees also seem clueless as to what is going on on THEIR construction sites

I bought an Adam's home Pros: brick home, sidewalks, Street lights, and they did warranty repairs.

Before signing a contract and giving them a check, we were told there were no HOA. We asked if we could park our boat beside the house and put up a fence. Of course they assured us we could. A few days later, they sent me HOA fees and a list of very strict covenants. They say we have to park our boat in the backyard. We do not recommend Elliott. We are getting our money back based on false advertisement.

Do not buy a home here, you will regret it. This is the worst decision I have ever made. Everything falls apart. The HOA aggressively harassing the people. The builder helpers are creeps and peek through your windows. I hate it here. I bought a beautiful lemon home!! Yes lemon, great on the outside HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ON THE INSIDE. When it rains red mud comes up through my tub, my owners suite bathroom flooded within two weeks of closing. Save some time and buy some land and build elsewhere!! Every single door knob was broken by February 2022and I closed the previous Nov 2021. I got tricked by the pool and lake I never use lol 😂 so that’s on me. But buyer beware. The HOA sucks so bad a dog could do a better job.

Don’t do business with this company. Really, a serious lack of professionalism they have no concept of customer service. Warranty lady is horrendous and is maybe not a happy person Condescending attitude abounds here. I do not recommend. Sales tells you things that aren’t true just to get you hooked. superintendents have no clue how to act - decent human social skills, they definitely lack. I can’t believe their rating is as high as it is.
