Acero Eastmark Apartments

Valley trash may sound enticing, but let me just tell you it’s not it’s disgusting. Your hallways are all gonna smell like garbage. The cement is going to be stained. It’s not very appealing to walk into your front door and see/smell that. The building markers are absolute trash, another poorly thought out design, placing them out of the line of sight and blocked by the carports.

Update; on the owner “resolution”. July 30th 25 They have banned me and my family from moving into any sister Acero apartments. And was told yesterday that we could not extend our lease even for 30 days until we find another place due to the inconvenience of everything they have caused us from the second we moved in. Laughed in our face over the phone and told us we are not welcome back here and everything is on file so again don’t try to move to another sister Acero apartment because we’re not welcome. Sadly I already written a review prior to this one due to ALL the issues me and my family have encountered & here we go again; The manager or leasing agent on Saturday, called the police. I lived at Acero Eastmark in two different units and got burned by opaque, poorly communicated move‑out policies both times. Management hides behind ‘vendor invoices’ and fine print instead of being upfront about expectations, then wastes your time with unprepared inspections and zero accountability for lost work hours. The president won’t respond directly, just delegates canned policy emails, while good employees like the maintenance supervisor are left to clean up the mess. I will never live at an IDM property again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values transparency or respect for their time and money.

I lived at Acero for a few years and was not disappointed. overall. The property was clean and maintenance was always seen picking up trash. I used the gym a few times and it was clean and fresh. The gym was small but had plenty of free weights and efficient equipment for a full body workout. The pool is nice and was tidy anytime I saw it. Acero Eastmark also offered fun clubhouse events to meet your neighbors. I attended a few Paint & Sip sessions, which was fun and with the DJ. This Acero location offers a great view of the sunrise over Superstition Mountains or a breathtaking view of the sunsetting behind South Mountain Park. As I walked into the front door from outside of the office, the sweet fragrance of “WELCOME HOME” filled my nostrils and open my senses to experience the best presentation of there community, from the manager Nicole with her smile and joyful spirit and willingness to help as I walked into the office and was approached and welcomed by the leasing agent Haylee and her professional approach and helpful experience. She gave me and my brother the best tour of the property out of 6 different places. These 2 ladies gave 120% and they were the reason I choose this property and the team surrounding them, from the maintenance worker, grounds cleanliness, and the unit itself.
