Accurate Home Inspections NW

After inheriting our parent's home, we weren't sure whether to make repairs or sell as-is. Mark was able to give us a complete picture by bringing our attention to issues we would have never found ourselves. He was friendly and professional, and very experienced. A detailed report was emailed the same day. A great value! We definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspections NW and we plan on using Mark in the future.

Talked to Mark over the phone prior to inspection and he seemed very knowledgeable and the pricing was fair. On inspection day I was pleased with everything, he seemed very thorough and the report after seemed to be the same. After closing however I've realized there were some issues that weren't spotted. These are things that certainly should have been spotted in the inspection. The main issues that were on the inspection - I fought the sellers over but they don't actually seem to be an issue now ( they didn't fix anything btw). I think Mark was very friendly and I do believe he's knowledgeable. I also realize that inspectors aren't perfect but as a first time home buyer and a single mom who put her faith in a professional I feel gutted that multiple things weren't spotted.
