Park Colony Apartments

Lived there from 2014 to 2015. I was naïve and wrote a bad review about this place after the management would not renew my lease. However, hindsight is 20/20 and the reason for this was likely due to the person I lived with having a strained relationship with their management. They allowed my dog to live there and my personal experience was positive. I don’t have any bad memories of Park Colony

I do not recommend renting them. They do the bare minimum when it comes to them but expects us to stay up date with our responsibilities, say payments, parking permits, etc. They just find ways to rip you off in form of fines and late fees. The staff is very rude and never resolves your queries and you have to settle or compromise every time. Every time I reach out to them, I am left with no solution and I regret even reaching out in the first place.

There are all sorts of things in other complexes. Rats, cockroaches, and much more. We haven't noticed anything like that yet. And the service staff responds to requests immediately. They always check for insects. Just look at how clean the yard is everywhere. That's how much care is put into it. And if they make parking spaces free for everyone, it will be bad for you. You won't have anywhere to park your cars. Everything is very clearly organized.
