M/I Homes Halston Market

I am a happy owner of a Halston Market townhouse. It’s been a wonderful year living here. I couldn’t be happier with the model i picked, the peacefulness of my house, the neighborhood, the incredible next door neighbors i have, and the closeness to the airport, work, stores and the city. Went house hunting with a friend this week and we stumbled into Halston market. We love looking at the beautiful homes and can't get over how much space there was! The location is fantastic and we will be back to for a second look! We had no issues with customer service, in fact Bonnie F was amazing to talk to and had answers to all our questions! Kudos!

Moved in August 2024. And already noticed many issues that still have not been addressed with the townhome. But yesterday night, the roof was leaking. How is that even possible? New construction? Has a leak already? The leak drenched the bedroom carpet and all the fire alarms were ringing nonstop. Totally unacceptable. So disappointed!

This is a great development, very well located and great floorplans and finish. The team is very helpful, super knowledgeable, and have great buyer solutions for financing in-house, if need be. We'll worth a tour!!

Just toured a new townhome, and wow, it’s stunning! Super sleek, modern, and filled with natural light. The whole place has such a stylish vibe. Totally recommend checking it out!
