Buckingham Place

i have been on the search for an apartment for months now. most of the leasing agents i’ve spoken to made me feel like they didn’t care about signing us. Latosha showed us the apartments available. she was so bubbly, energetic, and kind. knowing the staff is so nice absolutely contributed to my fiancé and i submitting an application minutes after viewing the apartment ! the complex is clean and so, so stunning. we’re so excited to call buckingham place home !!!!

Currently living at Buckingham Place, and it is a terrible place to lease. In my experience, management does not listen to residents or address ongoing concerns in any meaningful way. Since moving in January 2025, we have repeatedly raised issues regarding poor insulation. After multiple attempts to speak with office staff and follow-up emails that went unanswered, the property manager, Ebony, eventually visited our unit. The manager confirmed with an infrared thermometer the walls and flooring were significantly cold. However, instead of addressing the insulation concerns, the focus shifted to explaining basic thermostat usage dismissing the issue. I never leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what they’re getting into here. Overall, this building feels like a money grab. The parking situation is a mess. When we moved in, no one clearly explained the parking rules, which led to our cars being towed on Thanksgiving Day. Management’s response was that “it’s in the lease,” but the lease is extremely long, and this easily could have been explained during move-in. On top of that, the building only allows one guest pass at a time, which is pretty unreasonable. The amenities are disappointing. The gym has very limited equipment and is not nearly enough for a building with 500+ residents. Even though we pay an amenity fee, basic things like printing still cost extra. First I would like to thank Dorothy for very professional service. Dorothy is very professional, kind and helpful. We really liked Buckingham place, it is brand new apartments with gym and swimming pool, bbq area and theater. Indoor and outdoor parking is amazing! Balcony, all new appliances and much more! Also multiple activity rooms, conference room and much more. Want to live happy life, join our lovely Buckingham Place!

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the office staff. I came to inquire about renting an apartment, and instead of basic respect, I was met with complete ignorance. The office door was locked, and even though the employees clearly saw me standing outside, they refused to open or even acknowledge me. This is not just rude — it’s completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect toward potential residents. If this is how they treat people before signing a lease, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their actual tenants. 😥 They ruined my whole day
