Do not rent from them! Or at least read the lease contract very carefully. It was a good location, and our friends lived in the building, but we quickly learned that the plumbing in the building is absolutely wack. Hot water cuts in and out, leaky ceilings which were not handled in a safe way, and mold which gave me terrible asthma. So we moved out and found out they wanted to charge us an additional $300 even though we had a security deposit. I was confused because, What is a security deposit for if not to cover the landlord’s expenses?? It’s a scam in their scam lease contract and she’s been running it for a long time

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a little over 3 years and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon! It’s not one of those huge complexes (30 units) so you have the opportunity to know your neighbors and everyone I’ve crossed paths with is super friendly. The maintenance team is great—they are responsive, accommodating with my schedule, respectful of my things, and always double check before entering especially because of my puppy! I still can’t believe the time they came out the day of ON Thanksgiving to help us fix 1 of the stove burners just so everything ran smoothly in the kitchen for a dinner we were hosting. Definitely thankful and appreciative of the staff! I love bumping into Ruti because she always has me laughing. She makes an effort to get to know us and check in on us.

This building is filled with working professionals, quiet but still lively. Neighbors are really cool and nice. People actually say hi to one another and passing which goes a long way. Just feels like everyone looks out for one another. Management is considerate. Gabby's always on top of it and get us taken care of. Had maintenance team come once and they were quick. Recommend this place to anyone

The most insanely rude call I've ever had in my life. Called asking if they were able to show an available apartment, and was promptly interrogated as if I was a criminal. Highly recommend the lady who answered the phone work on her people skills.

Just got off the phone with the office manager trying to schedule a showing and was asked if I have an animal, I told her I have an ESA then she asked what breed (which doesn’t matter and I technically don’t have to disclose) and how much she weighs (also doesn’t matter since she’s an ESA). After I informed her of the breed and weight I was rudely told “the dog will have to wear a muzzle because I have kids”. Would not recommend even looking here if you have an ESA.
