Absolutely TERRIBLE experience speaking with Diane (sp?) who couldn't possibly care any less about the absolute minimum of management's responsibilities towards its senior residents (many of whom require assistance when it comes to administrative and bureaucratic tasks). The fancy-ish wannabe website set up by the new management company of Goldrich Kest couldn't make up even an ounce of credit for the lack of support and service toward its residents.

For a place that allegedly caters to the elderly, the burdens placed upon them can't possibly be higher in terms of making them jump through hoops and the level of inconvenience is extremely high with little assistance for their bureaucratic process, especially for those with little external support. If you're looking for a place to retire with ease, this isn't it. The staff isn't particularly helpful either.
