The homes are beautifully designed, well-maintained, and truly feel high-end in every detail. The community itself is quiet, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed, which makes it an absolute pleasure to live here. A special shoutout goes to Angie, the property manager, who is phenomenal. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which makes a huge difference. We’ve lived in this complex since October 2021. The townhouse is lovely, and the walls are so thick we never hear our neighbors. The property manager, Angie, and the handyman, Greg, are absolutely phenomenal. Any issue is repaired promptly and professionally and the community is genuinely wonderful. Trash collection is three times per week, and there are dumpsters in several easily accessible locations. Literally the only complaint I have is that people don’t pick up their animal waste, but even that is a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend Aberdeen Village for people who want to rent a lovely home in a brilliant location.

We’ve been living here for over a year. Content enough that we’ve renewed our lease. The sign at the entrance says “luxury” which is a lie and false advertisement. This is not even close to luxury. I would say these units are honestly over priced because the construction is soooo cheap. These were quick builds meant to make money, not last. Upon moving in, we noticed that all the closet doors run off the rails. The facet in the downstairs bathroom is the wrong size, it’s so close to the basin, you can barely wash your hands. Our heating and cooling bill is $300 because there is a major draft. The insulation is terrible. Downstairs gets super cold and upstairs will be blazing hot. So again, construction is terrible but it’s a shelter. Also not luxury because the thermostat is super basic.

Nice, new development. Friendly and helpful staff. Townhomes are very nice and have a great floor plan. I love that a dog park was just installed. Close proximity to Scott AFB, schools, and shopping. Edit: It's been 6 months since I moved in. Still a great neighborhood but some of the tenants aren't cleaning up after their dogs despite the good amount of pet waste clean-up stations around the place.

Living here was a nightmare. They don’t enforce any rules like ensuring tenants keep their dogs on leashes and pick up pet waste. Everytime I walked my dogs, we were at risk of encountering an unleashed dog and even was attacked by one once. Not to mention, we often had dogs peeing on our plants, going to the bathroom in our yard, and coming up to our door, which caused issues while working from home. Our neighbor fed the stray cats too. Gotta love multiple litters of kittens throughout the year just making themselves at home in our backyard space. Again, caused issues for us when working from home because our dogs would go crazy. No early termination clause in the lease, so beware. Only were going to let us out of our lease if we’d buy a house through their brokerage (which is illegal). S
