Closing was fine. However, after the closing I have contacted this company multiple times for various reasons only to be ignored. I left messages and sent emails, and no one had the professional courtesy to respond. My future real estate transactions will be with more professional companies. In response to your response. It’s unfortunate your secretary somehow lost all my messages. I didn’t “lose” my documents, however, you failed to give me the necessary documents normally given at closing. I had FOUR closings in 2024, and your title company was the only one to provide a negative experience. I only went to Google after so many instances of silence from your end. The public deserves to know how you treat clients

I chose to do my recent closing based on a great experience when purchasing. Closing experience on sale was ok. My point of contention on the sale was the 2 different closing settlement estimates did not include a line item for prorated property taxes owed to buyer. When I was emailed the final settlement costs just prior to closing I was naturally very upset to discover a $2100 difference. When I called I was initially told well they are only estimates. I was given a couple other excuses. I told her it was flat out negligence to omit a known line item and asked if they were even going to apologize. I started I was furious because I had made the decision to sell based on inaccurate information. The next day they decided to credit me a few hundred dollars in closing costs but advised

I was so sad I couldn’t close with Advanced title solutions when we bought our house. (It was the sellers choice) but my gosh was LeeAnn helpful and went above and beyond for my husband and myself. Answering any questions I had and following up with me. There is true integrity and kindness there. Not to mention an amazing group of coworkers to boot. LOOK NO further for your home closing needs!

When we signed and closed the transaction, she said the deed will mail to you within a month. We asked our check copy( cos I forgot to copy) and she said you already have check stub. We can't even received copy of nothing expect signed ATS transaction. We don't even know other parties signed or not. Now over a month and called to her asking when we can expect to get our deed, she didn't grantee, ,just a word saying at closing and pretended she was busy. Terrible experience after spending with load of money.
