Storyboard on Park Entrance

The maintenance visit was done within 3 days of the problem being noticed. The leak appeared to have stopped on its own once the outside temperatures had warmed, with no leaks around the dishwasher found. As the dishwasher had not been used when the water on the floor had been found, I’m not sure that the problem was resolved but at least it had been looked at with no further work deemed necessary at this time.

*EDIT TO ADD they want to charge two months rent before they’ll break your lease, how they weaseled out of it was within the 33 pages, according to Nicole. They will not sign the renters verification for my next place. Point being “oh you may have told us over the phone but it wasn’t written,” although it’s claimed to be recorded and whoever answer has to make documentation about answered calls” So to reiterate if you do not have to move in don’t move in. They’re just money hungry. The only amenity that’s offered is a pool that was opened for a month starting in July and closed the second week of August. Maintenance is non existent. My closet fell down and broke my perfumes and my vintage ornaments. It seems as if it was “fixed” by using metal screws and wood glue. There’s been no repayme

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. They do not care about maintenance issues. We have had several water leaks, none that have ever been fixed. They never came back to re-dry wall. I’ve also had mold growing in my bathroom ceiling from a water leaked that I requested to get fixed several times. Really disappointing because these apartments would be way nicer if they actually cared about doing maintenance.

Would not recommend this place. They make a habit of keeping things in disrepair, see building exterior and the pool. They also have a very predatory lease agreement that basically hangs any of the repairs needed to update the unit on the tenant when they move out. Renters BEWARE!!

Thanks, to Reilly. We appreciate the tour and we will continue to make our decision and we also like the unit very well kept up. The time we move Storyboard will be the first on our list.
