I finally decided to have a four season sunroom built over my concrete patio in my backyard. I contacted my HOA Manager, Ms. Pamela Kaskeski for assistance with the process. Ma. Kaskeski was professional, courteous, and patient with me and the company identified to build the sunroom. She kept me informed of the information provided to her by the company to ensure I had the required documents to fully satisfy my request to the board. Ms. Kaskeki's assistance facilitated the approval of my request. I was elated when she informed me of the good news that I could move forward with my project.

Pamela K helped us get a solar project approved by the association board of directors in less than 2 days! From my personal experience with HOA's, it was amazingly fast! She was also pleasant to work with and helpful! Great management company, great manager! Thank you, Pamela!
