WARNING - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.! Terrible experience with this property rental / management company. Poorly run business. Among the many reasons not to do business with this conpany, they do not respond to requests for repairs. Slow or No response to MULTIPLE requests. And when they do respond, they send a completely untrained person who cannot do the job correctly, if at all. THEN after you move out they will charge you for the items that THEIR OWN MAINTENANCE PERSON couldn't fix. They have absolutely no intention of returning your security deposit - don't be fooled. I have rented for 8 years, the Property Management has always responded super fast. The complex is a safe environment, we had a few years during the recession some unsavory people did live here. That happened all over the country. But owners were responsible for that. New management is doing and required to do more extensive background and credit checks.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Not only is the neighborhood very very dangerous, but the owners in the community will try to get you kicked out of your unit for any little discrepancy. Axelrod will not defend you nor will they help you in any way. Thieves!
