It's not really the type of place you would go if you want room service or a pool or if you have kids, but it does have its place and serves a purpose. There are almost never openings because everyone there is long term, usually on a fixed income. But they have done a lot of work on cleaning up the place and it shows.
Been converted into apts and 1/2 of the tenants are shady but landlord is awesome.
Haven't been there yet but I know it helps people
