77 North Conejo Apartments

I chose this apartment building because it is so well kept and has great amenities. The on-site gym is a plus. My two-bedroom unit is great for work from home. There is also a Conference Room that's available to work in or have Zoom meetings. A terrific apartment complex in Thousand Oaks.

I've had a challenging experience trying to reach 77 N. Apartments. Unfortunately, their leasing office has been unresponsive to phone calls, and there's no one available at their location. After serval days of calling and going to their leasing office, Nancy left me a voicemail at 8am on Friday morning and when I tried to call her back, there was no response. This lack of communication has made it difficult to tour and inquire about potential leasing.

My girlfriend lives at these apartments. The entire building has had issues with packages consistently being stolen on a regular basis despite the overall feeling of security. Management hasn’t done enough to correct the issue despite multiple complaints. It’s also costly for its location.

As a visitor to this place I would give you 100 stars is an incredibly nice, clean and majestic place.
