5th Avenue Lofts

I lived at 5th Avenue Lofts from 2019 to 2023 and truly appreciated its prime location near the lake—it’s a beautiful and convenient spot. In the beginning, the building offered a great living experience with attractive units and a welcoming atmosphere. Over time, there were some challenges with maintenance and staffing stability, but I always found the location and layout of the lofts to be a major plus. With consistent management and a bit more attention to upkeep, this property has the potential to return to being one of the best places to live in the area.

I have lived here almost 2 years and love it. Management is great and always in office during posted hours. Communication is good as they will leave things posted or have notices in your door. Halls, rec room, excerise room and even elevator are cleaned twice a week. I highly recommend 5th ave lofts to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Many residents have lived here 5 years and more so it can't be bad. Maintance man is a gem and always willing to help you.

Kelly the property manager is very helpful and made my move easy. Great location and nice residents.

Bed bugs, roaches, bad management, smells awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money please.

This could be nice, but the prototype appears to have an office-type, florescent lit ceiling, not desirable in most residences.
