**Do not move here.** UPDATE/RESPONSE FROM OWNER: YOU mean the my WORK ORDERS that have been CANCELLED by YOUR maintence team?! I have never cried more in my life than I have in the past two months living at this complex. In that time alone, I’ve had three different dishwashers break. Maintenance has been a nightmare—one employee was so rude and unprofessional that they were eventually banned from entering my apartment. That should tell you everything. There are ongoing mold issues, the building constantly smells like weed, and we’ve had roach problems as well. Laundry is another disaster—the dryer takes up to 7 hours just to dry a single load. If I could give it 6 stars I would, I’m very pleased with 251. From the staff which they are always pleasant and ready to assist you in any on going issues you may with a smile which is rare and I have to say hurrah for the maintenance team always there when you need them and do the job either big or small they take care of it with urgency. The property stays clean and it’s always a pleasure being here. Peace

I had such an amazing experience at 251 Dekalb. As a senior citizen, patience and care are very important to me, and every staff member was kind and attentive. However, Mecca truly went above and beyond. She took the time to help me use a tablet to explore other communities in the Philadelphia area. While I absolutely loved 251 Dekalb, it was a bit farther from my family than I prefer at this stage in my life. Even so, I am incredibly grateful for the support I received. I would also like to thank Krystal, Ramazan, and Dom for their assistance. Stephen, your leadership clearly shines through in your team’s work ethic and professionalism.
