If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not move here unless you want to live in a roach, mold, ant and weevil infested environment. They don’t clean when you move out or before you even move in yet they charge $300 for cleaning and damages when you move out. Don’t move here if you are living in shared housing they will try and put all the issues in the unit on the last person who moves out regardless of where the issue is. Don’t forget the move in inspection conveniently not working so you being unable to submit pictures showing how dirty the unit is.

I sincerely hope that you do not choose this apartment to live at. While the front desk staff is very kind, the operation of the business itself is very inefficient. Our apartment flooded and it took 2 hours for maintenance to get back to us on time of arrival, the upstairs in the townhome would reach 82 degrees regularly while the ac was set to 72 even after several maintenance requests and a promise that a fan would be installed in the stairway with no follow through, also maintenance had been caught on our Ring camera speaking about my roommates and I in a foul manner. Moving out was a disaster as I had cleaned my apartment before leaving and was charged ridiculous sums of money for minuscule fixes. When going to pool today we weren’t informed that it was no email and apparently the man in there doesn’t know that it was closed on only Mondays on an official email. The dryers never work and the lights on the stairs aways flickers. The dog park has fleas because each time we go my dog gets fleas. They never clean the dog potty station and left it for weeks without fail. When getting mail you have to way a day or two for a notification to be able to pick it up just ask the bot at that point. The stoves breaks at least once a week. The people who live here are amazing and at least it allows animals. My toilet has a flushing issue that we had called in for but still doesn’t work properly and goes off if the handle isn’t up ever since they quoted on quote fix it. The dryer sucks even with s

I can’t say enough good things about the management and maintenance team at my apartment complex! I recently put in a maintenance request, and they responded almost immediately. As they always do. They are always so kind, approachable, and willing to help with anything. I am so grateful for their work and dedication to making my living experience amazing!!! Honestly, I look forward to just seeing their sweet faces around the complex. Highly recommend living here! Special shoutout to Miss. Madison, Miss. Brandi, and Mr.Storm… Ask for them if you ever need ANYTHING!!

I have to update my review based off of the rudeness and lack of action by this apartment complex. This apartment charged me a cleaning fee for when I moved out for "partial painting fee" of my bedroom. They refuse to take this charge off of my account and will not show me what damages they are referencing to. I have shown their leasing team the photos of my room (attached to review) but even with this, they have not spoken to me and have not taken this charge off of my account. I have left a message on their app as well as email and they have not responded to me yet. If I could go back I would've never moved here, so be mindful of this when you are thinking of moving here.
