1710 on the Boulevard

Although I do not live here, I was on the waiting list for a few years and actually got called back. I toured the property and units available and love them. The leasing specialist was amazing and made me feel very welcomed. If I don’t leave the state, then I would apply to live here.

Lived here for three years and its wonderful!!!! Clean and well maintained and as a bonus the onsite property manager (Christine) is absolutely amazing and fantastic. Treats you like family

What a great property and community. I took a tour and although there were not vacancies, Kristine was pleasant and accommodating in answering all of my questions. Thank you and looking forward to any openings that come up!

I was interested in this property and I was notified that this property had no available rentals, however the leasing management indicated to me/ broke security protocol by letting me know that all entertainment and NFL players live in this building which is unacceptable you’re not supposed to provide this information out. Please hire professional people That does not give out personal information like this

Cleanest, nicest complex I've seen in a long time. It helps that its new, but really a nice comfortable place to visit and I imagine live. I was visiting a friend.
