Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful, quiet and nice. I been here for 1 year and love everything about this place. The staff office and maintenance guys super nice and helpful. If you considering moving here I definitely recommend.

BEWARE! The model apartment they show you is nice but the apartment we got was so poorly maintained that we spent more time trying to get things fixed than we did actually enjoying our stay. The toilet and shower never did drain properly. The cabinets were so poorly maintained that we were afraid to even use them. There is no repercussions for those who trash the facilities and those of us who actually want to enjoy the pool or any other features, can't because it's always shut down for repairs. Every time someone came to fix anything on our service tickets, there was really no fix just a band-aid until it brakes again. Make sure to read your contract BEFORE signing because they do not disclose much at signing.

Apartment is nice, although the design stops a lot of sunlight from coming in . Pretty quiet complex. The customer service is terrible. I don't know how Tiffany got hired or how she is still employed. She seems like she'd rather die than be there another second. Not even a smile. Leasing office never answers the phone or responds to emails. Maintenance always does a bad job and they never fix what needs fixing. Nobody here cares about their customers. They didn't even show us to our apartment when we got the keys. The rent amount shown isn't even what you pay monthly. They add a bunch of fees including them taking your trash bag to the bigger trash can most nights, which I guess is nice except if you never the service because you throw your own trash away. They take forever to process your

We really enjoyed living here. They kept the area very cleaned and they will always stay in contact with the residents of any new updates or issues going on in the complex. The staff in the office were very helpful and polite. Tiffany was very patient and helpful, she would address our problems immediately and always kept us updated. Also the maintenance team was very quick to address the problems we reported so we really appreciated that. One of my favorite things was everything could be done online, reporting maintenance, locker and paying rent. I 100% recommend this complex for any family looking for a new place. It’s family & pet friendly!

Wonderful experience so far after touring this apartment complex. Jenna was very kind and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful. The apartment itself was spacious and had a very nice layout. I also called in and spoke to Tiffany, she was able to clarify my last minute questions and she is also kind and very informed.
