10X Audubon Park

Been here for a week and loving it so far. My leasing consultant, Margaret was very helpful, knowledgeable and transparent during onboarding. The community is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. My unit is super spacious and high quality for the price. My only gripe is that the buildings need to be pressure washed.. nevertheless, still giving 5 stars

This place is a dirty shame. All lies and falling apart. Car care center stays flooded. The“fitness center” is NOT state of the art and some machines have been out of order for over a year. The courtyard is a disaster, grills are not in working order for many years. Some buildings have structural damage because they do not do any routine maintenance. Garbage piles up weekly because they refuse to have it picked up more than once a week. The dog park is nasty and floods every time it rains, and don’t get me started on all the feces that is every where. It is a crying shame that they haven’t been shut down

Absolutely terrible, the management here is the worst I’ve ever seen. Had a scheduled time from them for an air filter change as well as fire alarm check that’s 6 months past and still hasn’t happened, leaky toilet for almost 3 months before it was fixed, completely clogged exterior dryer duct took them 7 months to have that fixed. The outside gazebo is falling apart nails sticking down everywhere right next to the playground so children could be injured. Latest event I had an exterior water pipe bust dumping 2400 gallons of water a day on the ground jacking my water bill sky high and it took them 5 days to get it fixed. Office manager is very rude and unresponsive unless you copy all of her bosses on your emails, her bosses are unresponsive as well I have left multiple voicemails and emai

I moved here a couple of months ago and although there is a issue with a water leak in the apartment under mine from my bathroom that seems to be causing havoc, the rest of everything is lovely. I adore all the green space and the way it sits back of the main road surrounded by huge oaks. My apartment is cute and cozy I am on the second floor and it has the feeling of living in a tree house. The staff is exceptional. Yolanda was my leasing agent and has been wonderful to work with. I enjoy the extras too. The pool being my favorite.

I do not recommend this community. Trash was piled up for months. The grills are broken. Tennis courts run down. My second bedroom light switch was never fixed the whole year I lived here. You get charged a late fee if you use flex and the community doesn’t post the rent on time even if you have never been late on rent before! The list of issues can go on and on.. Now it’s close to time to move out I was never notified I had to fill out a 60 day vacancy form because I’m not renewing my lease even though they text and put any other memos on your door. I will now have to pay more to be able to move. Save your money and go elsewhere because if you have any issues the office staff will not work with you!
