The Park at Whispering Pines

I lived here from October 2023-November 2024 and I honestly think that Jennifer was the worst “professional” that I’ve ever encountered. As follows is a list of major grievances from my time there: 1) Although my partner and I combined made around 5x the rent, Jennifer called to inform me that she didn’t think that I could afford to live there. She made multiple negative comments about my career in hospitality and she neglected to take in his income and solely looked at mine, saying that she didn’t want to run a credit report for us and that I was the primary applicant, even though, he’s the one that initially inquired, and we were applying jointly, which only required 3x the rent amount. I LOVE living at The Park at Whispering Pines. I had to move to a downstairs unit recently, and the management team was so accommodating, patient, and extremely helpful. The complex is very safe, well kept, and community-oriented. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Having not lived in an apartment since college, I love that I landed here. It is a great place to call home. Many thanks to Stephanie!

I have been here for 2 years and can't seem to leave. I absolutely love living here. The community is very safe, peaceful and well-kept. The staff and manager Stephanie are always so friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance issues that I have, is taken care of immediately. The location is perfect - close to schools and shopping. I would definitely recommend this community over others I've looked at. Super happy!

We love living at The Park at Whispering Pines! They have every amenity you could ask for. From a nice workout room, to a fantastic pool area, a park for the kiddos, and a park for the doggos. This place has something for everyone. Not to mention they have such a friendly community here! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I live all of the get togethers and events here. We are so glad we decided to live here!

We lived at The Park at Whispering Pines for a year before buying our house. We had an amazing experience! Jennifer in the housing office was extremely helpful and kind. Maintenence was professional and always quick to respond to our needs. The pool is AMAZING! The garage we rented was a really good size and the BBQ area was perfect for small gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking in the area!
