The best place to live in Daphne. Wonderful office staff that are concerned about the tenants. It is peaceful and beautiful. When there is a problem in your apartment, the maintenance crew handles it quickly. It's a great place to live!

I am new to the area. I instantly had a good feeling about living at Bay Breeze when I met Kimberly at the office for a tour. I have looked at several locations and hands down this is the best experience I've had. I am sure my dog and I will like living here. The staff are friendly and very helpful with any needs. Both Kimberly and Alica, the property management team, welcome my dog every time they see her. It is nice that she feels to safe, loved and welcome. Happy pup = Happy pup mom! The grounds and apartments are very clean. Any needs I have come across have been responded to the same day or the next at the latest. The people in the complex are friendly and it feels quite safe. The complex is very quiet. I rarely hear anyone moving or talking in the apartments above and next to me. I w

We just recently moved into Bay Breeze and are very pleased with the experience. Kimberly made the application and move in process easy and enjoyable. The unit is clean, spacious, and quiet. The complex is well lit and appears to be a safe environment. The amenities are well maintained and the landscaping is appealing. While we have had only one minor repair submitted, having moved from a place that was neglected and unsafe, we appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff and the care taken to complete the repair quickly and completely. If you are looking for a modern, affordable, clean, safe apartment with friendly, helpful staff we highly recommend you start here. We are looking forward to a better future at Bay Breeze!

Even though it's called apartment homes, it feels more like condos with its own community and heartbeat! The people here have become some of my very good friends, and everyone is kind and considerate! The location alone makes it feel like you are living in an airbnb every day! The maintenance team are proficient in their tasks as well as professional and kind! Don't get me started on the management and leadership here! Nothing but kind, patient, understanding, and caring towards all of their residents! It's hard to feel protected, maintained, and cared for in our modern-day residential living, but here at Bay Breeze, they do exactly that! Would I recommend living at Bay Breeze Apartment Homes? ABSO-LUTELY!! ^_^
