What caught my eye about Bay Vista is that all of the buildings are one story, along with the beautiful trees and the hilly layout. It gives the property a whimsical, almost magical feel and really makes it stand out from standard apartment communities that are packed closely together. As you drive through, you can tell the residents take pride in where they live by their decor, plants, and patio areas. I have lived here for over a year, and it truly feels like my own little village tucked away in the middle of Daphne. Trista is the easiest apartment manager to say hello to, and I enjoy checking on her plants and giving her advice. I love how open and friendly she is with residents. The property is clean, welcoming, and I absolutely love living here.

I tremendously appreciate the help you gave to my daughter when she moved to Daphne. It was hard for us to see her move so far from us and we know we asked you to go above what most managers would be willing to do, and you did it so graciously! It made this move less stressful and the apt is lovely. You even looked out for her best interest in choosing the best unit for her. I have been a resident at Bay Vista since February 2021. I had not seen an apartment complex that is a "garden style," as they say, as these are. I love the feel of living here. The manager, Trista, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is on the up-and-up. She always has a smile on her face and that is great to see. The location here is in the middle of everything. I would recommend Bay Vista to anyone who wants to live in an apartment that has the most unique grounds of anyplace I have seen.
