East Bay Apartment Homes

I've been living here for 9 months and I really like it. Maintenance is very good and prompt. Every apartment is different when it comes to neighbors, but I have great neighbors in this building and the surrounding buildings. The office people have been amazing. The pool is very nice. There's a community grill there. We also have a private pier, but you have to deal with some steep steps to get there and back. I highly recommend living here, if you can find an open apartment. If you do, mention my name (Scott Cole) because there's a very nice referral gift.

The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. I've had several great experiences with the staff. From Ashley's quick response whenever I have questions/concerns at the front office to the maintenance workers, they all are super helpful and welcoming people. Just recently 2 of the maintenance guys helped me bring a bookshelf up into my 2nd floor apartment! I just asked and they didn't even hesitate to lift this heavy item up a flight of stairs, just wow! I appreciate the quality and work ethic they all bring in every area. I definitely recommend East Bay Apartments Homes! 💕 The picture is of the private boardwalk we have, just one of the great amenities they have to offer.

East Bay has the kindest management and the most efficient maintenance people I have ever known. It is beautifully landscaped with a large pool. The management sponsors parties and food trucks. It is so much fun living here!

A perfect place for singles & families, a hidden gem right here in Daphne. Jade and the management staff are wonderful they do so much for the residents and the community. If you’re looking for a home, look no further than East Bay, you’ll love it here.

This is my first time living in an apartment and my experience with Connie and Ashley was absolutely amazing!!! They helped me from the very start and went above and beyond!!! I absolutely love it here. Maintenance has also been an amazing as well.
