I want to be clear: this review is not about maintenance, noise, or amenities. It is about the cats. We are, heartbreakingly, forbidden from feeding the stray cats who have chosen this complex as their ancestral home. These are not “strays.” These are long-term residents. Generations have passed. Bonds have been formed. I have been slow-blinked at. Trust has been earned. To deny them snacks is to deny love itself. Meanwhile, we receive weekly emails explaining that the office is closed yet again, which honestly feels fitting. Run as fast as you can. There is no office I had an in habitable condition in my apartment which I was forced to live there for six more months and then was forced out of the apartment Michelle the owner was nowhere to be found I emailed her countless phone calls which they never got back to me took days off to work to find her finally after weeks later her answer to me was you should’ve read your lease agreement the maintenance there was a joke there’s nobody on site My toilet bowl was filled with sewer water for one week the smell was so bad I had to empty it myself for the price of 1650 there’s no washer and dryer there’s no dishwasher in the kitchen you can bend down and hit your head on the stove I would say don’t brother It is also not a 55 and over complex I saw many children and yo

Terrible management. Cannot be contacted by phone. You must contact them by email. lol. Tells you everything you need to know about their service right there. Used to be good. They are running it into the ground and renting to anyone. Five people in a one bedroom apt. Parking is terrible. If you are looking for a nice place to live, do yourself a favor and keep looking.
