We are very dissatisfied with the assistance provided by realtor Sandra Hernandez in selling our house. Since October, she hasn't sold our home, has shown no interest in doing her job, and has only shown the house four times. Now we want to cancel our contract. We have spoken directly with Mr. Jose Martinez, the owner of the company, and he is also doing nothing. They didn't sell the house, and they won't let us sell it with someone else.
