Mid Island Apartments

This is a well kept property with excellent maintenance headed by Rob. I had some minor issues and Rob responded expeditiously and professionally. He went above and beyond and was courteous and considerate. I also want to give additional praise to Rochelle in the rental office who was also very helpful and attentive. Mid Island is pet friendly and I met so many good neighbors while I was out walking my fur baby. The complex is close to Bay Shore’s beautiful downtown, the marina, and several shopping centers. It is a great place to live.

Pleasant living experience at this property. Rob is friendly, responsive, and quick to address any service related issues. You can tell he cares about the property and satisfaction of the residents. I am very appreciative of his help while living here.

Rob, the Super and maintenance man, was very helpful. He walked me through all the equipment and the important information. He was friendly as well.
